In these uncertain times the suppliers on this site will do everything they can to make sure you get your deliveries of food.
By choosing to continue buying local at this time you are supporting small rural businesses in your community.
The health and wellbeing of the suppliers, their teams and customers is the main priority as we all continue to closely follow all government advice.
There may be shortages in the coming months so some products may be substituted.
Please be aware that once your delivery is made the supplier is no longer liable for loss or damage.
Delivery is currently restricted to Henley on Thames postal district and some outlying areas. Please check your postcodes during checkout. If it is not there call the supplier and ask if they may arrange to take your order for a collection.
Your supplier will contact you to arrange delivery via telephone or email if it is not already stipulated during checkout.
BOOKING A TIME SLOT
Suppliers DO NOT operate a timed delivery service via this site. They work on a system of rounds and you will be slotted into that round depending on the number of orders.
WHEN YOU NEED TO ORDER BY
Suppliers will do everything they can to get an order to you as soon as possible. If your order is urgent please contact the supplier.
This will be calculated at the checkout and in most instances suppliers do not charge.
Some suppliers ask a minimum order amount to facilitate efficient use of resources.
