Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the customer at the point of ordering. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address provided is correct.
Rachael’s Larder cannot be held accountable or responsible for incorrect information provided.
Deliveries are made by Rachael’s Larder on Wednesday and Friday between 10.00 and 18.00.
Due to the nature of the products being perishable, the customer’s delivery must be received in person at a convenient time on delivery days specified by the customer.
If the customer is not available at the agreed time of delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone else is available to receive the goods or the parcel will be returned to the vendor.
For re-delivery, a charge of £15.00 will be incurred by the customer. Collection from the vendor during office hours is an alternative.
Factors beyond the control of Rachael’s Larder; such as weather, traffic conditions, events, public holidays, courier service issues occasionally prevent Rachael’s Larder from achieving deliveries on time.
Rachael’s Larder cannot accept liability for late delivery arising from conditions beyond the vendor’s control.
If upon delivery you find that any products are damaged or are in an unacceptable condition, you must inform Rachael’s Larder within 24 hours and providing the opportunity to inspect the product, a photograph in certain circumstances may be acceptable.
If, at the discretion of Rachael’s Larder it is agreed that the product delivered is not up to standard, Rachael’s Larder will compensate the cost of the unsatisfactory item to the customer.
Rachael’s Larder will not be responsible for any product which is damaged or faulty through the customer’s failure to store correctly.
Rachael’s Larder are not liable for losses of goods once they have been handed over to the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility responsibility to ensure food is stored, handled and reheated correctly according to food safety regulations.
Rachael’s Larder will not be held responsible for food after it has been delivered.
Rachael’s Larder take every precaution to ensure the food is delivered as practically as possible, however if at any point the customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the order, please contact us at email@example.com
All food should be consumed within 3 months of delivery.
Orders can be collected during office hours on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday or outside of these days by special arrangement.
Uncollected orders cannot be exchanged, refunded or replaced; it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the order during office hours on the specified collection days.
Any uncollected meal prep will be disposed of by Rachael’s Larder.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure food is stored, handled and reheated correctly according to food safety regulations.
Rachael’s Larder will not be held responsible for the customer’s order once it has been collected.
All food should be consumed within 3 months of collection.
Upon accepting delivery, if the customer finds that any products are severely damaged or in an unacceptable condition, the customer must inform Rachael’s Larder immediately, within a maximum 24 hour window following delivery.
Rachael’s Larder will follow procedure to inspect the product and may ask for photographic evidence.
At the discretion of Rachael’s Larder, should it be found that the product delivered is not up to standard, the outcome will be decided on and the customer notified of the result.
If Rachael’s Larder offer to issue a refund, the refund could take between 5-10 days depending on the payment method and reason for the refund.
Rachael’s Larder are not required to refund orders, refunds are made entirely at the discretion of Rachael’s Larder.
