Our Longhorn beef is dry-aged inside a specialist chiller within our farm butchery. Through maintaining the optimum temperature and humidity we can ensure our produce is always of the highest quality. Some prime cuts, such as the rib and sirloin, we have dry-aged for up to 60 days in order to achieve a truly unforgettable eating experience.
Our skilled butcher comes in three days a week. So, depending on availability, we can get all orders made, large or small, within a couple of days notice.
