We handmake all of our luxury aromatics, in small batches in Henley-on-Thames, England, so if a large order is placed and sufficent stock is not showing, these can take up to 5 days to be poured and cure sufficiently before shipment (please add 2 days for concrete votives to be handcrafted). If you need something sooner, please do email us and we can tell you what's possible, we'll always do our best to help. A lot of love and care goes into the creation of your BamBam Rocks items so we hope that anticipation is fully rewarded on delivery and that you enjoy having them as much as we enjoy making them. DELIVERY OPTIONS AVAILABLE - UNITED KINGDOM (covers the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man) Collect in person – when your item is ready you will receive an email to arrange collection, this is free of charge. Royal Mail Second Class Signed - Usually 2-3 days if in stock, or once product has been lovingly made - £3.95.
RETURNS BY POST - Please return the item to us in its original packaging and note that you are responsible for paying for the delivery charge. Please also note that we recommend using the 'signed for' service to guarantee proof of delivery back to us, unfortunately we cannot refund any items that have been lost in the post or not delivered to us. Be sure to include your name, order number and contact details and ensure you let us know if you're returning it for a refund or replacement. Please make sure that your items are securely wrapped and in the original packaging as it is your responsibility to ensure that returned items are not damaged in transit. Please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to return your item and we will provide you with the returns address. RETURNS IN PERSON - You may also return items purchased online to our address. To do so, you must bring along either the dispatch note from your parcel, or the dispatch email you received when it was delivered. Please email us and we will provide the address and arrange a convenient drop off date and time with you. Once we have received your return, providing it meets the returns conditions above, we will notify you of your refund within a reasonable period. Most returns will be processed within 14 days, although, on occasion, some returns may take up to 28 days. Your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within approximately two days of being processed. Our delivery charges are non refundable and BamBam Rocks is not responsible for delivery fees or lost returns. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we understand that you may prefer not to ask the purchaser for the receipt. We would therefore be able to offer you a gift credit for the value of your return, subject to the same return conditions as above. FAULTY ITEMS - On the very rare occasion that customers receive an item that isn’t to our high standards, faulty items will be refunded in full, including delivery charges for sending them to you and the cost incurred by you in returning them to us. Please contact email@example.com and include your order number and the nature of the fault. REFUNDS - Once your return has been received, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are eligible for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We aim to process all returns and refunds as soon as possible. EXCHANGES - BamBam Rocks will only replace items if the wrong item has been shipped to you or if the item is not as described. If you require an exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will confirm the address to send your item to. Please note that you will be responsible for the payment of your own shipping costs for all returned items. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
