Once you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Indian Garden Company Ltd, for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed, and despatched to you. Your credit/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until they are despatched. This does not affect your statutory rights. Prices and availability of our goods are subject to changes without notice. A delivery charge may be added to your order where appropriate, please see our Delivery Information YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL  You may cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch and any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 1 days. RETURNS POLICY If you are not happy with the products you may return them within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer an exchange or a refund, provided that the products are returned to us in perfect condition, unused, clean. All the original packaging, information tags, spare buttons, and threads plus care instructions, should be still attached to the product and not removed. We will not refund or exchange if the products are not in perfect condition and/or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed. Exchange is limited to exchange for the same product, of a different size or colour. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.   Sale items:  Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.   Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email info@indiangardencompany.co.uk and send your item to Returns Department, White Cottage, 2 Wellington Cottages, Reading, Berkshire, RG10 8QX, United Kingdom.   When returning items, we recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We also will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit or packages damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.   If you are returning an item over £75.00, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.   WARRANTY Indian Garden Company Ltd warrants that as the date of delivery, the Goods shall be free from any significant defects in materials or workmanship. Many of our products are handmade by craftsmen and so variations in materials and workmanship will inevitably occur: such variations will not be regarded as defects.  Indian Garden Company Ltd shall not be liable for any Goods damaged by any act or omission of Customer after the time of delivery or the Customer’s failure to comply with Knüg instructions for the use or care of the products, detailed on website and attached to the products. PAYMENT AND TAXES We accept online payments by Credit card or Debit card. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT). If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU, then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate.
