Average delivery time once payment has cleared our account, within the UK: 1 – 2 working days. It will take up to 7 days if I am making somthing special for you Collection can be arranged where requested from my studio in Henley on Thames, generally 7 days a week. Postage will always be tracked . Please note I deliver for free within five mile radius . I would need to take a photograph of you with the item ..or one posted through your door as proof of postage .. The customer may Pick up from me too. Please remeber it is not just postage to pay for but packing too ..Thank you .
