The Aji Limon, also know as Lemon Drop or Hot Lemon is a native of Peru and typically measures between 15,000 and 30,000 units on the Schoville heat scale. Aji Limon has a citrus tang and a lovely golden colour in its dried state. Great for salsas and sauces and also when  powdered for use in seasonings for fish and chicken in particular.

Delivery - Johnny HoT Stuff products are available for local delivery on a pre-ordered and pre-paid basis. Delivery days are Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday. Orders must be placed before 5pm to be available for delivery the following day. On delivery we will knock at your door and leave the order on the doorstep (or other designated area). If goods are not collected within a reasonable period (1 minute) a photograph will be taken of goods on doorstep (or other designated area) as we are unable to take responsibility for your order once we have left the premises. Refund Policy In the unlikely event that you find a fault with a Johnny HoT Stuff product please contact me in the first instance.
Shipping Policy
All orders received before Wednesday at 5.00 pm will be dispatched on Friday. For local orders, delivery will be Friday afternoon/early evening. The driver will knock on your door/ring the bell and if there is no answer, will leave on your doorstep and take a photo of where it's been left.
All other UK deliveries will be dispatched by courier.
