A soft creamy Brie style cheese made with 100% locally sourced Guernsey cows’ milk, giving a lovely golden cheese, with mushroomy and tangy flavours, leaving a lovely creamy after taste. Can be eaten young or left to ripen for up to four weeks.
These are beautifully hand-wrapped and have a shelflife of approximately 4 weeks from date of purchase and are 240g, weight may slightly vary as these are individually hand made.
For deliveries, all of our cheese is carefully packed in insulated temperature controlled packaging so it reaches you in perfect condition.
