These can be washed if needed – wool is dirt repellant, so a good shake outside and a brush out will deal with most dirt. Dry clean only.

By emailing your order or placing an order online via Henley Circle you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions; please read them carefully. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Last updated 13th April 2020 1. Chiltern Lamb is operated by Tracy Betteridge and the purchase of goods from Chiltern Lamb is governed by these Terms and Conditions. From time to time these Terms and Conditions may be amended and when we do so we will update the “last updated” date in the paragraph above. Orders placed after this date will be bound by the changes made. 2. Purchase Contract 2.1. You will receive email confirmation that your order has been placed via Henley Circle Website. We will confirm acceptance of your order as soon as practicable after you have submitted your order. We will do this either by email to the email address you have provided us with or by phone. 2.2. For the avoidance of doubt all orders for goods shall be deemed to be an offer by the Buyer to purchase goods pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by the Supplier. The Supplier may choose not to accept an order for any reason. Any order requests are accepted at our sole discretion whilst we also maintain the right to decline orders without explanation. 3. Prices and Delivery Charges 3.1. Exact prices will be dependent on the size of the lamb. After the order is received the Supplier shall confirm by email the details, description and price for the goods together with information on the right to cancel if the Buyer is a Consumer. 3.2. The price of the goods does not include a charge for delivery. The delivery charge may vary depending on your area, and your delivery time slot. You will be advised of this when your order is confirmed. 4. Methods of Payment 4.1. Payment can be made by debit or credit card or cash on delivery. 4.2. We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you if we are refused authority for payment at any time. 5. Delivery 5.1. Products are subject to availability. 5.2. We will always try to supply you with the full quantity that you have ordered. In the event that the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us promptly. You will not be charged for any incorrect goods or goods which you have not received. 5.3. We will dispatch your order to the delivery address that you selected when you placed your order. 5.4. The delivery time is agreed with you when we confirm your order. Accordingly, it is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address with the means to pay at this time. 5.5. Whilst we make every effort for your order to be delivered at the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control. In any event our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery. 5.6. If we are unable to supply any of the items in your order we will contact you to agree appropriate substitutions or actions. If we have difficulty contacting you this may delay delivery of your order. 5.7. We will endeavour to supply items as close to the ordered weight as possible and guarantee it will be no less than the weight or amount ordered unless agreed with you. If we have difficulty contacting you, this may delay delivery of your order. 6. Changes and cancellation 6.1. You can amend your order on the website until we lock it for processing. The exact date an order is locked is dependant on the butchering timetable and therefore will vary from order to order. Orders may be amendable by email up to the point where the order is confirmed. You may cancel an order up to 24 hours prior to it being despatched for delivery by email only. 6.2. Due to the nature of our produce being perishable consumables, we do not accept returns unless the goods are defective in accordance with clause 7. Defective Goods 7.1. We guarantee the quality of our goods. They must be stored immediately after delivery and kept at 2 degrees Centigrade. If the goods are not used immediately, they must be frozen directly after delivery. 7.2. You must inspect the goods on delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any dissatisfaction with your order by either informing the delivery person, or by telephone or email. If the goods do not meet with your reasonable satisfaction we will arrange for them to be collected and, subject to our acceptance, we will either issue a full refund or replace the goods. 8. Liability 8.1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will exclude our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence. 8.2. We will not be liable to you if our delivery is delayed or fails due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood, strikes, riot, accident, civil commotion, disruption to energy supplies, and act of terrorism or war. 8.3. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any consequential or incidental loss. 8.4. Excepting that set out in paragraph 8.1 our maximum liability to you arising from any order and the subsequent supply of goods will be limited to the retail price of the goods contained in that order and the cost of delivery. 9. Privacy and security 9.1. The information we request from you when you register and when you place an order will be treated by us with care and security. We will not sell or rent your information to any third party for their marketing purposes. 10. General 10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the English Courts. 10.2. If any of these Terms and Conditions is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I aim to dispatch items within 2 days of receiving your order, unless it is a custom item which may mean a few days longer. All items on my store have free shipping so you can see exactly how much you will pay. This will normally be by Royal Mail Second Class post. If you need an item urgently you can choose First Class post at small extra cost.
