Description Johnpaul Maillard (aka Johnny HoT Stuff) is a British Belizean chilli grower, growing a wide range of varieties from the mildest to the hottest in Henley on Thames. He is also a bit of a foodie and loves nothing more than to experiment in the kitchen with chillies at the heart of most of his creations. The result is a range of fine, fiery sauces, marinades, dried chillies and seasonings, handcrafted in Henley on Thames.
